Toledo German-American Festival

The 46th Annual German-American Festival is the Toledo area's "Oldest, Largest and Greatest Ethnic Festival" with authentic German food, beer and entertainment. Festival organizers expect 35,000 paid attendees this year! Because of its large scale, I had my friend Steve from Toledo give a few specs so readers like you can take advantage of this awesome festival this upcoming weekend!

Here's some quick items about the German-American Festival:

-Held in the Toledo suburb of Oregon, OH at Oak Shade Grove
-August 26, 27, and 28 (Times: Fri: 6pm-1am, Sat: 2pm-1am, Sun: Noon-11pm)
-Tickets are $7 at the door or $6 in advance. Tickets can be purchased inside which can be used to buy food and drinks.
-There is live German music and folk dancing, and some people are dressed in traditional costumes (Lederhosen for men and Dirndl dresses for women)
-Wide variety of German foods and drinks, including more than 30 imported beers!
-Activities for people of all ages

Get out there and celebrate everything German this weekend!

Auf Wiedersehen!!
